Due to COVID-19, timely receipt of packages cannot be guaranteed.  Current circumstances may cause some delays in transit.  For example, new border controls, Customs backlogs, reduced air freight capacity in the market, and local protective regulations and quarantine measures may all impact service.  Increased online sales volumes due to lock-downs have created Christmas-level volumes.  Additional safety measures for shipping employees – including physical distancing inside facilities that were never designed for keeping people two meters apart – mean it is taking longer to process parcels.  Delays of weeks to months have been reported, depending on the destination country, no matter where in the world shipments originate from, or which shipping method is used.  Even FedEx has suspended its money-back guarantee.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during these extraordinary circumstances.
